We are excited to announce that WesMon Baseball will be partnering with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) over the next year to enhance our ability to accomplish our two-fold mission:
- Develop a love of baseball so that we might use it to teach our children life lessons; and
- Build meaningful bonds and friendship between members of our community
PCA is a national non-profit developing “Better Athletes, Better People” by working to provide all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building sports experience.
We are thrilled to partner with the Positive Coaching Alliance and look forward to using PCA tools as we strive to teach our children valuable life lessons and develop a stronger community through baseball. The partnership provides our WesMon community access to PCA’s training for coaches and parents through live group workshops, online courses, and additional online resources, such as follow-up tips and reminders that will be shared before, during, and after the season. The first live workshop will coincide with our coaches meeting on March 31.
